Facing south toward the river, you are in front of a two-foot tall by three-and-a-half-foot wide angled panel displaying a map of Knoch Knolls Park. The panel is mounted on two metal posts, three-feet high. There is a huge burr oak four feet behind the sign with deeply grooved bark that you may touch. There are three large rocks to the left of the sign, and many other huge oaks in this savanna area behind you.
